Toddler Camp (Ages 12-24 months ) Countryside will offer a Mom's Day Out program for children 12-24 months of age also known as the Toddler Summer Program. This program will be held in the Annex which currently houses our Mom's Day Out Program. The hours will be from 8:30-12:30 each day. Your child may attend as little as one day a week or all five days. Please see the registration form link at the bottom of this page in order to sign up and reserve space for your child. The program schedule will be as follows: 8:30-9:00 Arrival and Free Play 9:00-9:15 Art activity 9:15-9:30 Snack 9:30-10:30 Montessori 10:30-11:30 Water Play 11:30-11:45 Music 11:45-12:15 Lunch/Music 12:15-12:30 Free Play/Dismissal The cost for this program will be $34 per day. In order to register please follow the registration link and download the registration form. The registration form should be mailed to the school along with the $100 deposit in order to reserve space for your child.
